At Birch Bay Leisure Park, we believe that your home away from home should offer both comfort and connection. Our wide range of amenities is designed to enhance your recreational experience whether you’re looking to relax, stay active, socialize, or simply enjoy nature.
- Two Clubhouses: Equipped with full kitchen facilities and available for private use from Labor Day weekend to Memorial Day weekend (during the slow season).
- Swimming Pool & Children’s Wading Pool: Perfect for families, with supervised swim events and aquasize classes. No lifeguard, but a pool attendant is available during open hours. Pool is opened seasonally, from May to the first week of September.
- Two Tennis Courts, one for pickleball.
- Gaming Field: Includes soccer nets and open space for recreational activities.
- Adult Games Room: Featuring pool, cards, and more for evening fun.
- Nature Trail with Observation Deck: A peaceful walk surrounded by local wildlife.
- Garbage Dump: Onsite for your yard waste / disposal needs.
- Gaming Field: Playground and basketball court.
- Kids’ Game Room: Safe and engaging space for young park-goers.
- Exercise Room: Fully equipped for your fitness routine.
- Men’s and Women’s Saunas: A relaxing escape after a day of play.
- Laundry Facilities: Convenient washer and dryer access.
- Administration Center: Open daily to support all member needs.
- Amenities: Full Book Library with donations from members.
- Amenities: Full DVD Library with donations from members.
- Bathhouses: with full bathroom and shower facilities.
- Mailboxes: For any packages mailed to the park. Mailboxes are available for rental at the administrative office for an annual fee. Members without mailboxes can also receive mail that goes into a general file in the mail room. *Storage fees may apply for packages.

Our vibrant community thrives on member-driven events, organized by the Entertainment Committee and enthusiastic volunteers. From casual socials to full-day festivities, there’s something for everyone:

Pets in the Park
Pets are welcome in Birch Bay Leisure Park as a privilege to members. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment:
Pets must be leashed and under control when off your site.
Designated “Doggie Walks” are provided throughout the park.

Amenities to Enjoy All Season Long at Birch Bay Leisure Park
Memberships are privately held. While we do not offer nightly or seasonal rentals for RVs, trailers, tents, or fifth wheels, memberships are available for purchase.
