Our beloved 'Bunky' is for sale! This is the first time this lot has ever been on the market. My amazing Grandma, Catherine, discovered Birch Bay Leisure Park at it's very beginning and purchased this lot because CW were her initials and the 28th was her birthday. We have made the BEST memories on this lot, in this spectacular home away from home. I grew up spending my summers here, riding my bike, swimming in the pool, going to the C Shop, and building sandcastles. It was a freedom we didn't know in the city. When we had our son, he too experienced the same spectacular summers, riding his scooter, learning to swim, and watching the July 4th fireworks. It's a magical place for families and we LOVED our time here with Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, Cousins, friends, bonfires and smores. We are ready to pass the torch now. Our son is a teen, and life, work and sports get in the way. We have found less time to get down to our 'little honey' (as our son used to call it when he was three). We hope someone will bring new life to our special escape! It is a fabulous location, on the sunny end of sought-after Center Way, close to the pool, and surrounded by wonderful neighbours.
